Once all required content and feedback are received, we send a second available T-shirt of your choice.

Before you apply
Is positive feedback required?
No. We want your genuine opinion. Honest criticism is useful and will not affect whether the completed test qualifies for the second T-shirt.
Do I need a large social following?
No. Selection is based on personal style, thoughtful answers, content fit, and the ability to complete the test—not follower count alone.
Do I have to post on my own account?
No public post is required unless De La Forme agrees otherwise with you in writing. The required photos, video, and feedback may be submitted directly to us.
When do I receive the second T-shirt?
The second T-shirt is provided only after all required photos, video, and feedback have been received and confirmed.
How may De La Forme use my content?
By agreeing in the application, you allow De La Forme to repost and use submitted photos, video, and feedback on its website, social media, email, and promotional materials.
Does applying guarantee selection?
No. This is a limited test for selected participants. Selected applicants will be contacted by email.
